Terms & Conditions
Last updated: January 2026
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Speedway Collision website (the "Site") and the collision repair, paint, glass, detailing, and related services (the "Services") provided by Speedway Collision ("Speedway Collision," "we," "our," or "us") at 2416 W 16th St, Indianapolis, IN 46222. By accessing the Site or authorizing repairs, you agree to these Terms.
1. Estimates
Estimates provided online, by phone, or in person are preliminary and based on visible damage at the time of inspection. Hidden damage discovered during disassembly may require a supplemental estimate. Final repair costs may vary from the initial estimate and will be communicated to you and, where applicable, your insurance carrier prior to performing additional work.
2. Authorization to Repair
By signing a repair order or providing written, electronic, or verbal authorization, you authorize Speedway Collision and its technicians to perform the described repairs, operate your vehicle for testing and inspection, and order parts necessary to complete the work. You represent that you are the owner of the vehicle or are otherwise authorized to approve the repairs.
3. Insurance Claims
If your repair is being paid through an insurance claim, you remain responsible for your deductible and any amount not covered by your carrier. Pursuant to the Indiana Auto Repair Claims Settlement Act (IC 27-4-1.5-8), you have the right to choose Speedway Collision as your repair facility regardless of any preferred-shop recommendation made by your insurance company.
4. Parts
We use OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts whenever possible and reserve the right to use OEM-equivalent, recycled, or aftermarket parts when required by your insurance policy or when OEM parts are unavailable. The parts used will be itemized on your final invoice.
5. Payment
Payment in full is due upon completion of repairs and prior to vehicle release, unless other arrangements have been agreed to in writing. We accept cash, major credit cards, and direct insurance payments. Vehicles not picked up within five (5) business days of repair completion may be subject to storage fees.
6. Warranty
Speedway Collision provides a written limited lifetime warranty on workmanship for as long as you own the vehicle. Paint warranty terms follow the paint manufacturer's published guidelines. Parts are covered under the respective parts manufacturer's warranty. The warranty does not cover damage caused by subsequent collisions, neglect, abuse, improper maintenance, or normal wear and tear.
7. Stored Vehicles & Personal Property
Speedway Collision is not responsible for personal property left in vehicles during repair. We recommend removing all valuables before drop-off. Vehicles left at the shop are stored at the owner's risk; while we maintain reasonable security, we disclaim liability for theft, vandalism, or acts of nature to the extent permitted by Indiana law.
8. Use of the Website
The Site and all of its content — including text, graphics, logos, photographs, and code — are owned by or licensed to Speedway Collision and are protected by U.S. copyright and trademark law. You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not scrape, republish, or use the content to train machine learning models without our prior written consent.
9. Online Booking & Estimate Forms
Submitting a form on the Site does not create a binding repair contract. We will contact you to confirm appointments, gather additional information, and provide a formal estimate. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Speedway Collision shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our Services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from a repair shall not exceed the amount you paid for that repair.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our Services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Marion County, Indiana.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site or our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
